Our Founders

Inspired by the great purpose of changing the face of society by moulding young children into responsible citizens, Ms. Garige Prabhavathi and Dr. Nannapaneni Manga Devi founded SVBK in 1965. They worked tirelessly with a clear vision, missionary zeal, and a vibrant guiding principle: “The Child is Father of the Man.” By adopting the Montessori method, they specialized in nurturing the child, developing vital life skills, and building self-confidence right from the budding stage.

Both founders have been a monumental source of inspiration to all their colleagues with their absolute commitment and dedication. Innovative teaching methods, inspiring literary works by Dr. N. Manga Devi, and her lifelong service to the needy have earned her widespread recognition, making her an exemplary role model for all.
